Tuition & Fee Schedule for 2010/2011

NOTES for 2010/2011:
Annual Tuition:     Tuition is for a 37 week school year; the 10 monthly payments begin August 2, 2010.

Enrollment Deposit:  This fee is to guarantee placement and is non-refundable.

Infrastructure Fee:  This fee should be paid with the enrollment and is not subject to discounts, prorating and cannot be waived. This fee is part of the enrollment deposit and is also non-refundable.

Application Fee:   There is a $85 non-refundable Admissions Application Fee for processing new student enrollment applicants; this fee is waived for returning students.

Tuition Insurance: A yearly mandatory fee charged to secure insurance for tuition at a rate of 3.3% of the full tuition.

5% Early Payment Discount:  There will be a 5% early payment discount (off the total tuition) if tuition is paid in full by August 2, 2010.

Sibling Discount:  The 1st sibling receives a 10% discount; additional siblings receive an additional 5% discount, respectively, with a max of 20%; discounts are applied from the oldest to youngest child.

Uniform Expense:         There is no uniform allowance calculated in the tuition rate.

Field Trip Fees:    Each classroom will develop a field trip itinerary with costs associated; these costs are not included in the tuition calculation and these fees will be collected separately.

Tuition is calculated in the following manner:

1. Full Tuition Rate (or tuition based on Promissory Notes)
2. Apply any sibling discounts (based on description above)
3. 10% Enrollment Deposit is calc’d based on resulting tuition after sibling discounts have been accounted
4. Early payment discounts are calc’d based on the Full Tuition Rates less any sibling discounts.  Once the Early Payment discount has been applied, if a deposit had previously been paid, this amount should be subtracted in order to determine the balance due at August 1st.
