Lipsa is an experienced Primary Montessori guide with over a decade of dedication to nurturing young children in their journey of self-discovery and growth. Her Montessori career began in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2012, where she developed a deep passion for child-centered education. Since then, her family’s journey has taken her across the country — from Texas to Tennessee, the Pacific Northwest, and most recently to Mooresville, North Carolina — allowing her to bring a rich and diverse perspective to each learning community she serves.
Lipsa holds an AMS Early Childhood Certification, core Early Childhood Education credits, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the prestigious Lady Sriram College for Women. She is almost finished completing her AMS Infant and Toddler certification from the Montessori Education Institute of the Pacific Northwest, further strengthening her ability to support children in their earliest years of development. Her background in psychology supports her thoughtful approach to guiding children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
She believes that every child is unique and capable of becoming independent, responsible, and compassionate. Lipsa finds great joy in learning alongside the children as they build confidence, discover new skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning. She views teaching as her cosmic task and feels honored to guide young minds during their most formative years.
Outside the classroom, Lipsa and her husband are proud parents of two young adults. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, exploring different cuisines, reading, and staying active. Having grown up playing a variety of sports, including basketball, soccer, cricket, volleyball, and track and field, she continues to enjoy following them today.
